Chakra Reiki Meditations

There are several ways to use the Chakra Reiki Manifestation Sessions. Use these exercises and tips to help get the most out of those sessions.

And remember, when I say meditation in this article, I mean a light (not too intense) contemplative state and not a deep state of trance. Basically, you will lightly think of whatever it is you are attempting to accomplish in a daydream sort of way.

Color Therapy

Color Therapy is a great way to work with your chakras during meditation, to strengthen certain qualities within yourself, enhance your talents and heal mental, emotional, spiritual and physical issues.

Every color has a different frequency and each chakra is associated with a certain color frequency. That is why each chakra has a specific color.

How to use colors with the Chakra Reiki Manifestation Sessions… To use color during a chakra meditation you will choose the color you wish to bring into your body and imagine it in the area of the chakra you are working with. Focus on the color at the same time as focusing on your intention throughout the meditation.

For example, let’s say you are working on your root chakra. You should use the Root Chakra Healing Session. Imagine the color ruby red inside of the root chakra and expand the red color into the body at the level of the root chakra. You can also use The Special 7 Chakra Session with color meditations.

To begin you will start the session by pressing the “Start” button and with eyes open or closed imagine the color (and intention if you are working with one) as described above. Pay attention to how you’re feeling throughout the session. If you are just starting out you really should start with 1 minute sessions and increase the length of your sessions over time because you can overdo it if you are not advanced with feeling energy. When you feel a feeling like a rush of energy throughout your body or you feel pressure or tingling in the chakra you are working with or in the area of any chakra then make sure to press the “Stop” button because your chakras are spinning strongly and you don’t want to overdo it. You can continue with your visualization, even after you press the “Stop” button as long as your chakras are still spinning strongly and/or you still feel a strong rush of energy throughout your body. It is up to you how long you want to continue your visualization but the longer you do it the better.

Affirmations

You can use any affirmation you think will help you. You can use The Special 7 Chakra Session with affirmation meditations.

How to use affirmations with the Chakra Reiki Manifestation Sessions… You will Start the session by pressing the “Start” button and with eyes open or closed you repeat the affirmation over and over. Pay attention to how you’re feeling throughout the session. If you are just starting out you really should start with 1 minute sessions and increase the length of your sessions over time because you can overdo it if you are not advanced with feeling energy. When you feel a feeling like a rush of energy throughout your body or you feel pressure or tingling in the chakra you are working with or in the area of any chakra then make sure to press the “Stop” button because your chakras are spinning strongly and you don’t want to overdo it. You can continue saying the affirmations, even after you press the “Stop” button as long as your chakras are still spinning strongly and/or you still feel a strong rush of energy throughout your body. It is up to you how long you want to repeat the affirmation but the longer you do it the better.

Make sure your affirmations are positive and stated as if it is already true.

Example Affirmations:

I am healthy, fit and well.
I am calm, relaxed and all is well in my world.

Life Aspects

If you have an imbalance / blockage in a certain chakra it can cause an issue in a specific aspect of life. Generally, if you have an issue then you likely have some sort of blockage in a chakra.

To locate the chakra that may be the problem, view the chart and read through the list under “Associated Life Aspects” and if you have an issue with any of the terms listed then you probably have an imbalance in that chakra and you can use the session available to help to fix that chakra and resolve the issue.
