The Special 7 Chakra Session is a reiki energy healing session that works on all 7 of your chakras. It spins up each chakra starting with the root chakra and quickly moves up each one in turn until it reaches the crown chakra. Then it goes back down to the root chakra and back up again. This continues over and over until you stop your session.

If you want to work on a physical issue you must choose one of the 7 Chakra Healing Sessions above. Do not use The Special 7 Chakra Session for physical issues energy healing. Choose the one that is appropriate for the area of the body you wish you to affect. Read How to Choose Which Session to Use.

For example, if you want to work on your legs you will choose the Root Chakra Healing Session. If you want to work on your tonsils choose the Throat Chakra Healing Session.
